In the hall of the Chamber of Agriculture and the Schleswig-Holstein quality booth you will get comprehensive information about quality foods from the region. Northern farmers are also represented there. If you want to talk to suppliers of potatoes, vegetables, meat, fish and milk, you are in good hands at the stand with the quality label.
